At Namma Mart, we strive to provide fresh and quality products.

• Perishable items such as milk, curd, vegetables, fruits, and frozen products are not eligible for return or refund.
• If you receive a damaged, expired, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Eligible refund or replacement requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit, as applicable.
